As North Country Independent Living (NCIL) receives more information about the COVID-19 virus, we are updating our policies and procedures to best protect consumers, our staff and the community. With this in mind, and based on guidance from several government agencies including Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the Governor of Wisconsin, we have determined that the NCIL will be closing our offices to the public effective Thursday, March 19, 2020.
We will continue to conduct business with the following changes:
• Doors will be locked to the public.
• Appointments and services will be conducted over the phone, via email, mail and/or fax.
