PERSONAL CARE WORKERS / CAREGIVERS
We are looking for a kind and caring person with a passion for helping others to join our Personal Care team.
Our Consumers have an active role in planning their own self-directed in-home supportive care services which allow us to offer a unique work environment for our Caregivers to work one-on-one with Consumers in their homes. Our Personal Care Workers (PCWs)/ Caregivers meet their Consumers prior to working to establish a safe and trusting level of comfort and care.
We offer comparable wages and both a set or flexible schedule. Prior caregiving experience is helpful, but not required. We provide onsite training for every PCW in a Consumer’s home and pride our efforts and abilities to work together to form a reputable in-home care program.
Our trained staff assists with the following In-Home Consumer care services:
Personal Care Supportive Home Care Services
Hands-on Care (which may include but not limited to):
- Assistance with Hygiene/ Bathing and Hair Care
- Meal Preparation
- Assistance with Incontinence/ Toileting
- Light Housekeeping/ Laundry
- Assistance with Dressing/ Undressing
- Medication Reminders/ Safety Checks
- Assistance with Transfers and Mobility
- Companionship / Errands/Shopping
Respite care services are also available to provide short-term relief/in-home support for primary caregivers.

Bookkeeper
Part-Time Position- 30 hours weekly
Job Summary:
Responsible for general accounting functions of the agency. Responsible to produce financial reports, oversee investment activities, files reports for various grants, and assist in developing strategies and plans for the long-term financial goals of the agency.
Prepares financial reports for the Board of Directors. Prepares all necessary reports for annual independent agency audit. Oversees all aspects of the processing of payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable (including monitoring of electronic deposits, contract coding, etc.). Oversees Account Receivable. Oversees benefit programs and cost analysis for dental, insurance, and retirement plans. Completes filing for all Federal, State, and private grants.
Serves as secretary for Board meetings. Helps coordinate meetings and record retention for Executive Director.
Qualification:
Individuals must have an Associate degree in accounting or a related field. Experience may be substituted in lieu of, in full or part for the academic requirement. Must have an in-depth knowledge/experience with balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and grant funding accounting. Must have education/understanding in completing monthly journal entries and assigning expenses to corresponding contracts. Must have an understanding of the flow of assets, liabilities, and expenses within a non-profit agency. Individuals must have outstanding communication skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, and have the ability to multi-task. Must have at least three years of experience in accounting.
